FEE SCHEDULE
Our Fee Schedule is effective as of 05/26/2022. In general, all fees are based on each Hearing Officers’ individual fee schedule. Fees are held in our Escrow Account until after a hearing has been completed. Fees, including travel fees, will be disclosed prior to services should they differ from the fee schedule below.
1/2 DAY (3 hours)
$800.00 – $1,000.00
PER PARTY
This covers 3 hours
of prep time
and hearing time.
Additional time
will be $400.00+
per hour divided
equally by the parties.
Mr. Barrett’s base
fee is $700.00 per party
for the first 3 hours.
Example: 2 Hours
prep+2 Hour Hearing
will equal 4 Hours
compensable time.
FULL DAY (6 hours)
$1,400.00 to $2,000.00
PER PARTY. Fees are based on
each individual Hearing Officer’s
fee schedule and will be disclosed
prior to the commencement
of scheduling. .
ADDITIONAL TIME
$400.00 – $450.00 per hour
Multi-Party case fees are divided
equally between the parties.
“Equal Division” of fees may be equitably adjusted.*
All fees will be disclosed as soon
as practicable after the hearing..

PRE- HEARING SETTLEMENTS OR CANCELLATIONS
$400..00 (1/2 Day) to $800.00 (Full Day)
PER PARTY.
FULL FEES are charged for all cancellations within one week of a scheduled hearing.
